Oakweb Design and Viva Costa have teamed up to bring you the ability to have overseas property and mortgages on your website.
We have developed a number of template styles which you can link to from your existing sites or use as your main site. The stes are continually updated with new properties and news items thereby keeping the content fresh and up to date. The enquiry forms all deliver to both yourselves and Viva Costa and you can decide at the outset how much, if at all you want to get involved with the enquiries you receive.
All the contact information on the sites is yours and there is none of our branding used at all, nor are there any advertisements.

Pricing
There is a very reasonable annual or monthly cost for the service, structured in such a way that the commissions from one property sale or one overseas finance deal that goes through to completion should more than cover the full annual cost of the service.
There are a number of options available depending on your circumstances or requirements.
Options Available
Annual charge £500 inc VAT
OR
Monthly charge:
£50.00 setup + £50.00 per month.
Note: All prices are inclusive of VAT
If you would like the template colours changing to match your current site there will be a "one-off" charge of £58.75 inc VAT
If you would like a bespoke template or a brand new site that incorporates your existing products as well as the Overseas offering, please ask for details.
Domain names available from £17.03 for a 2 year registration. Web hosting and email management available from £50 per year

Your contact details will be on the site and any form enquiries resulting from your visitors will be sent direct to us for immediate processing and a copy directly to you for your records.
