TURKEY:
The constitutional court canceled the act of parliament regulating the foreign property ownership in Turkey. The act will be revised by the government however we do not have a definite timing when the revised legislation will be put into force.
Meanwhile after the decision of the court, an official notification has been sent to the title/ land registry offices that they should suspend the mortgage transactions for the real estates of foreigners. |
