  • Maximum 85% loan to value for Purchase
  • Maximun 70% Loan to Value for Re-Mortgage
  • Up to 30 year term to age 80
  • Repayment and Interest Only
  • Minimum Loan - 50,000 euros
  • Rates: approx from 3,5% to 5.35%
